“The Auditorium Theatre occupies one of the most fireproof structures for Theatre purposes. It has a seating capacity of 3700 people. It is one of the leading Theatres and is located on Congress Street, near Michigan Boulevard, within 5 minutes walk of the leading hotels.”

Cezar Del Valle is the author of the Brooklyn Theatre Index, a three-volume history of borough theatres. The first two chosen 2010 OUTSTANDING BOOK OF THE YEAR by the Theatre Historical Society. Final volume published in September 2014.
