“The original playbill at the City Opera House, Traverse City, MI. is still intact having maintained its original color and brilliance. Four of the businesses advertised on the playbill still exist today. Efforts are underway to restore the Opera House to its former use.”

Cezar Del Valle is the author of the Brooklyn Theatre Index, a three-volume history of borough theatres. The first two chosen 2010 OUTSTANDING BOOK OF THE YEAR by the Theatre Historical Society. Final volume published in September 2014.
